Reservations
The correctly filled in reservation request form should be sent using the On-line Reservations Form.
Casa Florenças will inform you, in writing, of the availability and confirmation of the reservation (should that be possible) as well as all the conditions of the reservation.
The reservation will only be considered definite after the reception of a deposit (25% of the full payment) by bank transfer which should be made promptly after confirmation of availability from Casa Florenças. If the transfer is not made within five days, the reservation will be cancelled.
The remaining 75% is to be paid when checking in, by cash, bank card or credit card.
Cancellations policy
Should it be necessary to cancel a reservation, this must be communicated in writing (e-mail or fax) at least 15 days before check in. In these circumstances the deposit will be returned, minus any transfer costs. The entire deposit will be retained by Casa Florenças if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before check in .
Children and Extra bed
Children under three years old are freely accommodated. Older children or adults must pay € 30,00 per night and per person. The maximum capacity is only 1 bed per person. It will be at your disposal whenever you request it, but you must have a confirmation. The payment is made to the owner.
Others occurring within Casa Florenças during your stay are paid when checking out.
